How much does it cost?
Below are my standard fees for 50 minute sessions. I offer a limited number of low-cost spaces.
If you feel therapy or supervision would help you but are intimidated by the cost, I encourage you to get in touch anyway. If I am not able to accommodate your budget, I may be able to signpost you to affordable options. There is usually some way to make the help you need possible.

Individual Therapy - £90 to £120 Couples & Carer/Child Therapy - £115 to £150 Supervision - £85 to £100 Groups - £45-55 per session, commitment of ten sessions required |
